Mark Wolff, our own muscle model, porn star and web site entrepreneur.
Mark also produces his personal sites, MarkWolff.com, MarkWolffVideo.com as
well as ProjectMuscle.com.
 JockButt: When
did you get into the website business ? Why ?
Wolff: I got into the web business about eight
years ago. My first site, www.markwolff.com, was just a free fan site
with about one hundred photos. I used the site to sell my videos and
for a way to promote my club appearances and it has grown from there.
JockButt: Why was Jockbutt interesting to
you ?
Wolff: I came across JockButt three years ago
while surfing and I thought it was a really great idea to focus on muscular
and athletic models in jocks. Being a fan of both male and female butts
it was a natural fit.
JockButt: What is your professional background,
other than being a pornstar, and does it help you in this business ?
Wolff: I have a Bachelors degree in Marketing.
Out of University I worked for Prudential Securities for six years. I
would say it was during my years at Prudential that I really developed
the skills needed for business, particularly starting your own business.
For example, you need great communication skills, time management skills,
budgeting expertise and of course you have to know how to sell the product.
These are all skills that I use every day while running Mark Wolff Productions.
 JockButt: Are
you retired from modeling, appearing in videos, that kind of thing ?
Wolff: It's funny - I have been telling people
that I have been semiretired from modeling for almost two years now.
I am still planning on doing a few select photo/video shoots later this
summer and fall, as well as one last layout for JockButt. Right now I
am in very good shape, around 205lbs and 8% bodyfat.
JockButt: What is your favorite memory from
your video career ?
Wolff: My favorite memory of my video career
has to be all the great places that I have traveled and all the terrific
people that I have met. I have pretty much been everywhere and made club
appearances or done photo shoots in every part of the world over the
past ten years.
JockButt: Who is presently your favorite model
?
Wolff: I don't know that I have a favorite
model. I am fortunate to have met or have worked with almost all of the
top fitness/physique models.
JockButt: OK, everyone asks this one: Are
you gay, bi, straight, none or all of the above ?
Wolff: I am Bi.
JockButt: Are you married, or do you see that
happening some day ?
Wolff: I am single. Over the past eight years
I have spent alot of my time on the road so it has been hard to keep
any kind of lasting relationship. Now that I have cut back on my travel
a bit, maybe the right person will come along.
JockButt: What qualities do you look for in
a romantic interest ?
Wolff: All the same qualities that most people
look for. Someone who is honest, intelligent, caring, funny. It would
also have to be someone who is somewhat driven and hard working, and
someone who has a passion for life. That could mean their career, music,
art whatever.
 JockButt: What's
your favorite color jockstrap ?
Wolff: My favorite color jock would be old
fashioned white or navy blue.
JockButt: Do you have any free time for hobbies
? If so what are they ?
Wolff: I have been seriously into electronic
music and DJ-ing for almost nine years now. On my first trip to Ibiza,
Spain, I discovered that I really love house music and techno. Six months
later I bought a pair of decks and a mixer and I took a course on how
to mix from a DJ in NYC. I have been at it ever since. I have played
some small club gigs and private parties but I do it for the enjoyment
of the music. I also find it to be a great way to blow off stress. My
other hobbies, other that working out, are reading and travel. But some
would say that the gym is like my office sometimes.
JockButt: What the hell happened to the Canucks
in the playoffs ?
Wolff: The Canucks had a very good season this
year, they now have one of the best goalies in the league. Hey the team
that knocked them out in the second round the Aneheim Ducks went on to
win the Stanley Cup. Yes, I live and die by Hockey, what can I say? I'm
from Canada !
JockButt: What is your business partner like
? Devilishly handsome, witty, clever ? A smoldering sex bomb ?
Wolff: ROFL! Oh yeah, all of that! Seriously,
my partnership with Krunnch has been fantastic and it works very well.
Krunnch shoots most of the content. His work is outstanding and he has
a passion for shooting guys' butts in jocks. It shows in his images.
I provide the business side of things - running the affiliate program www.wolffpaccash.com,
site design and marketing. That leaves Krunnch to do what he does best,
and leaves me to do what I enjoy most. Jockbutt has been growing tremendously
over the past two years and we hope to take it even further in the comming
years, as well as develop another new site sometime early 2008.
